Barista Training Course
Our barista course is ideal for those who are just starting in coffee and are passionate about coffee making & drinking.
At another level the course is helpful for baristas who have been making coffee for a while and would want to advance their skills to international standards.

We have trained many people who have been making coffee for years in top Uganda coffee shops, hotels and abroad. The course is tailor designed for anyone passionate about coffee.

During the training, the student will learn the most important essential barista skills. The student will learn the history of coffee, how it grows and how it is harvested. We explain how coffee is roasted, and also skill the student in use of different coffee machines (Equipment).

The Student will learn a lot about producing the finest Espressos, Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha, Americano, Hot Chocolate and Iced Drinks and We run through the process step by step.

At the end of the Barista Course,
The Student will have gained a lot more skills in coffee making, learnt how to calibrate a coffee grinder, good dosing techniques, how to tamp the coffee and look for the perfect extraction.
